Welcome!

Welcome to my blog! When I started this blog it was all about wire crochet jewelry. I fell in love with the first piece I saw and I had to learn how. I was "hooked"!

Caution: SPOOKY!

The days of Lady Bugs and Princesses are behind us.  My granddaughter wanted to be something scary for Halloween this year.

Meet the "Zombie Bride"

The dress started out as a new sparkling white bride costume.  They had fun trashing it.
My daughter did a really good job on her makeup.  I think maybe it's just a little too realistic!

My sister is a photographer so we took a little family outing to our local cemetary to get some spooky shots.

There are more on my sister's facebook page.  Click here if you'd like to look.  Some of them are just downright creepy!

Hope you don't think we're too weird!  It was all in the fun of Halloween!

Halloween Bracelet Giveaway!

I've been thinking about doing a Giveaway for awhile now and thought one of these little halloween bracelets might be a good place to start!  These are from my September 24 blog post. The winner can choose their favorite from the three shown.

To enter, just leave a comment!   Due to the shortage of time, this will be a quick one!  I'll draw a random number at noon on Friday, Oct 23.  If you don't have a blog, please be sure to include your e-mail address so I contact you if you're the winner.  Happy Halloween!

Halloween Bracelets

Can you believe it?  I'm actually ahead of the game!  That never happens!  It seems everywhere I looked in the last month I saw Fall & Halloween.  I found these Halloween charms and thought they would make cute bracelets.  I used 6/0 seed beads crocheted on black wire for all of them.
Our local dollar store already has Christmas stuff out.  Ew!  I don't even want to think about that yet!
